What Do we Do ?

Peer to peer tutoring

Peer to peer tutoring can be beneficial for both the tutor and the tutee. The tutor can gain experience in teaching and helping others, while the tutee can get personalized attention and support. Peer to peer tutoring can also help to build relationships between students and create a more collaborative learning environment.

What makes mental health so important !?.

Mental health is important because it affects our overall well-being. When we have good mental health, we are better able to cope with stress, make healthy choices, and have fulfilling relationships. We are also less likely to experience mental health problems, such as depression, anxiety, and substance abuse.

There are many things we can do to improve our mental health, such as getting regular exercise, eating a healthy diet, getting enough sleep, and spending time with loved ones. We can also talk to a therapist or counselor if we are struggling with mental health problems. It is important to remember that mental health is just as important as physical health. We should take care of our mental health just as much as we take care of our physical health.

What to do when facing similar issues!?.

Acknowledge your feelings. It is important to acknowledge your feelings when you are facing a difficult situation. Don't try to bottle them up or pretend that you're not feeling anything. Allow yourself to feel your emotions, even if they are negative. Talk to someone you trust. Talking to someone you trust can help you to process your feelings and to get support. This could be a friend, family member, therapist, or anyone else you feel comfortable talking to.

It is important to take care of yourself physically and mentally when you are facing a difficult situation. This means eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and exercising regularly. It also means taking time for yourself to relax and de-stress.It takes time to heal from difficult experiences. Don't expect to feel better overnight. Be patient with yourself and allow yourself the time you need to process your emotions and to move on
